"You're a Good Man Charlie Brown"

This spring, catch up with your old friends Charlie Brown, Linus, Schroeder, Lucy, Sally, and Snoopy. Kids and adults alike will enjoy seeing these fictional characters come to life on the stage of the Lincoln Arts Center. Based on The Comic Strip Peanuts by Charles M. SchulzBook, Music and Lyrics by Clark GesnerAdditional Dialogue by Michael MayerAdditional Music and Lyrics by Andrew Lippa. This stage adaptation of Charles M. Schulz's famous comic strips features skits and songs by the most famous of the Peanuts gang. Whether it's Charlie Brown trying to fly his kite or Lucy doling out advice for 5 cents, you're sure to enjoy the antics and songs of this lovable group of "kids" (all played by adults...definitely worth seeing).While this is a "family friendly" show, it is definitely not just for kids! Whether you're 5- or 50- or "Get off my lawn"-years-old, you're sure to walk away smiling as you hum a few bars from this catchy musical."You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown" runs for two weekends starting April 21 and closing April 29. Friday and Saturday shows are at 7pm and Sunday matinees are at 2pm.If you haven't yet seen the new Lincoln Arts Center, this is your chance.
